5T4-directed γδ T cell engagement in solid tumors

This publication describes a 5T4-directed Vδ2 bispecific T cell engager designed to recruit Vγ9Vδ2 T cells against solid tumor cells. The work adds to the scientific foundation for using unconventional T cells to support tumor-selective immune responses.
