Our Story
About Engager BIO
Engager BIO develops a novel T cell engaging approach to specifically exploit the anti-cancer properties of (non-MHC restricted) unconventional γδ T cells to create highly potent conditionally activated cancer cell killers with sustained effect and low propensity for high-grade cytokine release syndrome and on-target off-tumor toxicities.
Our γδ T cell engaging technology originates from the academic lab of Prof. Hans van der Vliet at Amsterdam UMC, was further developed by LAVA Therapeutics, and is now being optimized by Engager BIO.
Based on previous clinical trial experience, Engager BIO has created a novel proprietary next-generation engager platform designed to drive efficacy and durability while maintaining good tolerability.
